Rates for renting this Ibiza villa with astonishing sea views
Fully included in the rent of this Ibiza villa:
- Electricity, gas & water for normal usage till a maximum value of 10% of the total rental price.
(This should be more than enough, if there is a greater consumption (mainly water), it will be surcharged)
As the water provided in hotels and in several houses, is unsalted water, which however still has the taste of the sea,
we instead provide our clients with clean, safe to drink, source water which is delivered at least once a week by a large truck.
This water is even used in some restaurants for the coffee and tea.
- All bedrooms are fully equipped.
- On arrival the villa will be perfectly clean.
During the rental period of this villa; no cleaning or other service will be provided.
This to make sure that you will not be disturbed in any way, by a gardener, cleaners or any type of maintenance.
The landscaped garden is watered through a full automatic system and the Jacuzzi is equipped with an automatic filter.
The rental price is per week for the full use of the entire villa:

If this Ibiza villa is rented by:
- 2 people a couple (+ baby)= they enjoy a discount of 25% of the rental price.
- 7 or 8 people (included children)= total rental price plus 10%.
The villa sleeps up to 8 people + 2 baby's (7 beds in the 3 bedrooms together + an extra bed can be placed in the living room, 3 bathrooms).

Booking
- 30% deposit (advance payment) at time of booking. (a booking is only accepted after payment of this 30% advance payment.)
- And after 20% confirmation payment, at latest 6 weeks before departure. (please do inform us when you have paid this)
- the balance (50%) to be paid in Ibiza at the villa (collection of the keys) in cash Euro's.
Or if preferred, it can be paid in advance via bank transfer. This minimum 1 month before arrival at the villa.
if you happen to be nearby, the villa could be viewed beforehand, but please make a mutual appointment. (only when the villa is not rented)

Security deposit
- a fully refundable security deposit for guarantee is required:
150 Euro per person to be paid in Ibiza at the villa (collection of the keys of the villa) in cash euro's or pounds sterling and
will also be refunded in cash just before your departure.
- the minimum security deposit is 500 Euro for the entire villa.
- the refunding of this amount will be done at the time of the departure, once carried out the checking of damages and breakage's of this property.
